OPEN CALL 2020

Lens think wants to see your works that interpret love. We are searching for photographers to showcase their work at an exhibition and pop up event taking place in Leeds, at Village bookstore from February 13th - 28th 2020. The selected photographers get the opportunity to showcase their work in a group show titled ‘Sweet dreams… are made of this’.

The selected images will be printed by us, and up for sale in a silent auction to raise money for a Leeds based domestic violence charity, Behind closed doors (https://www.behind-closed-doors.org.uk ). Photographers and artists based in Yorkshire are welcome to submit.

Love can be hopeless and nihilistic. Love can be a perpetual state of seeking. Love can be a number of things. We welcome submissions to use the theme as playfully as possible. We want to see your images that touch on the theme of love. Guest judge Natasha Caurna and Village bookstore will make a selection. We are looking for love in all forms, from people of all backgrounds and experience.
